This album is a collection of sounds representing an expression of some memorable experiences I have had whilst in the company of some very interesting, loving and powerful plants.

If you do choose to listen to this, I'd highly recommend that you treat the album like a 1 hour sound healing journey. Find some good headphones or speakers (to make the most of the very low frequencies), lay down, close your eyes, absorb the vibrations and allow them to flow around your body.

Due to the nature of the influences, there may be some confronting or uncomfortable parts. Breathe into what you're experiencing, surrender yourself to the sounds and know that everything will pass.

5. Stomatopod: Now we come face to face with the all knowing all seeing Stomatopod, deep in his oceanic habitat.
